Private workflow pilot
A private tool for duplicate-record review.
TaskVictory WF02 Pilot is a private tool operated by TaskVictory to review authorized synthetic files for potential duplicate records.
Private pilot. Access is limited to the designated TaskVictory operator. Customer uploads and public account connections are not available.
What it does
The operator submits a synthetic CSV containing invoice, purchase-order, inventory-count, payment or shipping records. The tool compares records within that file and saves a duplicate-review report and supporting audit information to Google Drive.
All findings require human review. The tool does not make payments, approve transactions or change the original business records.
Why it connects to Google Drive
The app uses Google’s drive.file permission to read submitted files and create reports in app-accessible folders. That permission covers specific files created by or explicitly authorized for this app; it does not provide access to every file in the Google account.
The permission can allow editing or deleting app-authorized files. The implemented pilot reads its source files and writes or repairs generated reports. It does not intentionally delete source files.
Operator-controlled access
The designated operator grants access through Google’s consent screen and starts processing manually. Scheduled polling is disabled. These information pages do not provide sign-in, file submission, purchases or access to the tool.
